The contests will be at The Animal Science Building at The Ohio State University on Saturday, May 3, 2008. Registration is from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. for Senior Contestants and from Noon to 1:00 p.m. for junior contestants. The senior contest will start at 9:00 a.m. and the Junior Contest will begin as close to 1:00 P.M. as possible and after the senior contests. There will be a Public Speaking Contest, an Individual Demonstration Contest, and a Team Demonstration Contest on horses for youth 14 years or older as of January 1, 2008; and the same three contests will also be offered for Junior youth under 14 years of age as of January 1, 2008. There is no limitation on numbers of youth that come from a county for any of these contests.

Entry needs to be made by April 15th to Amber Moffett, 2029 Fyffe Rd, Columbus, OH 43210. An entry fee of $5 per person and $15 per team is required to help cover the costs of the contests. See rules and entry form in the Speaking contests section.
