4-H : State Groom and Clean Contest Rules
4-H ADVISORS, FFA INSTRUCTORS, OR O.H.C. COACHES Please make sure you obtain all the essential information about the county and the state contests and make appropriate entries. The state contest will be Saturday, September 27th. Entries for the state contest (one Jr. and one Sr. team per county) are due September 9th.
